We are very excited to announce the return of skate equipment and hardware back into Zak Surfboards. We figured that there are still many skaters amongst our current city surfer clientele. Not everyone can just zip down the coast on a regular basis and line your window of opportunity up with good waves. So that is when the skateboard usually comes out and we believe a lot of us still possess the love for the roll. It has been a while since we went hard on the skate stock but we are elated on it’s return and aim to bring you the best quality products on the market.
We have locked in some tidy distribution companies including Project Distribution. Some of the major skate deck brands that we have chosen to stock are Passport, Krooked, Primitive, Quasi, Real & Antihero.
Our skate hardware/equipment brands will also include Thunder Trucks, Venture Trucks, Spitfire Wheels, FKD Bearings, Cortina Bearings, Shortys Hardware.
The Northcote Plaza skate park is only a short ride away from the shop and we hope to encourage as many people as possible to get down there for a shred. We will also be aiming to discount skate gear for locals. So if you live in Thornbury, Northcote or Preston, we will happily give you a “locals only” discount on all skate related gear.
We are always open to new ideas so if there are any skate brands that you would really want to see in store, do not be afraid to let us know.
